Sheets

Ar Go to the kitchen

I remedied an embarrassing blind spot last night; I watched Argo.  It's a great movie, duh, but what caught my eye was the print of this wall paper.  It feels like you are caught in a weed patch in the best way.  It's fun and springy without leaning too far into florals.

I did a deep internet search for reasonably priced sheets that look like this wallpaper so I could go to sleep in a garden, but came up with zilch.  There were some good duvets, but not sheets.  The best I could do were some Laura Ashley sheets that weren't too 90s, but they don't really scratch the itch.

Being a set dresser is a hard job (especially on a low budget film like I Smile Back).  There is never enough time, or money, or help, and god forbid you are the reason people are waiting around.  So it always makes me chuckle when I see sheets that are clearly right out of the bag (check out those creases!) because I have been there.  I have thought, "Should I steam these......nah, no one will notice."
